Here at Augusta Oncology and Aiken Oncology, we know that a cancer diagnosis can feel overwhelming. That’s why we have three full-time patient account representatives to act as a liaison between you (and your caretaker or family) and outside resources.
Our patient account representatives can provide help with the following:
- Financial assistance
- Prescription assistance
- Home health services
- Crisis management
- Support group referrals
Our patient account representatives can also help with applications and questions regarding Medicaid and Disability.
